Syria has been described as the "worst humanitarian crisis of our time" by UNHCR.

We are so keen to ask everyone who is willing to help us raise funds that are urgently needed, to support our life saving medical projects in Syria.

Use our template to plan a fundraising dinner with your friends, church or community.  We are encouraging our supporters to organise events like our "Syrian Dinner" inviting friends, neighbours, work colleagues and school mum's to find out more about the challenges faced by ordinary people living in Syria.

We will provide a full information and recipe pack of Syrian classics along with some dishes inspired by an Anglo Middle Eastern fusion including:

• meat koftas

• felafel

• tabbouleh

• Middle Eastern cabbage salad

• Syrian dips

• baclava

• lemon ice cream
